How it Works

How it works

One clear workflow from planning to teaching.

Ready2Teach keeps each screen focused on the task. Planning pages help teachers choose and prepare. Teaching pages guide the live lesson. Student screens make the learning visible.

1Set your teaching schedule.
2Choose a matching unit.
3Preview the unit and resources.
4Load lessons into your planner.
5Teach with Teacher Mode and Student TV.

User-friendly by design

The portal uses the simplest control for each job.

FiltersFind units by year level, subject and term.
Timetable gridSet weekly lesson days and times.
Drag and dropOnly where it helps, such as reordering lesson phases.
Live buttonsPause, play, next, back and add time during teaching.
Visual displayStudent screens use large text, colour and timers.

Lesson Launch

The lesson map

Shows the full lesson design, devices, resources, phase setup and start buttons. This is for preparation before teaching.

Teacher Mode

The live teaching guide

Updates as the lesson progresses. In rotations, it focuses on the group at Blue Station while still showing room awareness.

Student TV

The classroom display

Shows the current task, learning intention, success criteria and visual timer without clutter or scrolling.

Two delivery systems

Whole-Class or Station Rotation.

Whole-Class mode turns station codes into normal lesson language like Group Work, Games and Quiz. Station Rotation mode keeps colour station labels for students moving around the room.

Whole-ClassEveryone moves through the same phase together.
Station RotationGroups rotate between colour-coded classroom areas.
